After wearing our orthotic insoles, customers' foot arch shapes will naturally improve through biomechanical reactions. We will continuously optimize the orthotic insoles based on the latest improvement in foot arches.
The golden period for correcting foot arches is before the age of 13. However, as children grow, their shoe sizes may increase. At this point, FITARCH will retrieve the orthotic insoles from the customers and custom-make a new pair of orthotic insoles that fit their current shoe size.
The structure of orthotic insoles may become stiff or deformed over time, resulting in a subpar wearing experience and diminished corrective effects. After understanding the actual condition of the customer and the orthotic insoles, FITARCH will replace them with new orthotic insoles for the customer.
